Semper Secured Investments Pty Ltd ACN 138 752 824 (Semper) is Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR) Number 001306113 of Alpha Securities Pty Ltd ACN 124 327 064 AFSL 330757, and  is authorised to provide general financial product advice and deal in securities to wholesale clients. 

Under this CAR, Semper manages investments in the Semper Secured Mortgage Fund (Fund).

Wholesale Clients Only

Semper’s investments are open only to investors who we determine, in our absolute discretion, are wholesale clients or sophisticated investors. Retail clients cannot invest.

To make an investment, you must first create an account and agree to Semper’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. The application process will screen you to verify your identity and confirm you are a wholesale or sophisticated client.
