Andrew way
Founder
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew has worked in banking and finance for 30 years, specialising in risk management. Originally from the UK, he worked in Hong Kong & Singapore for 12 years before moving to Australia in 1999 as CEO International Ratings for Ernst & Young.
The nexus of Semper Secured is found in 2009 when Semper launched its proprietary risk and loan management platform, CapMX, which continues as a key contributor to solid asset-backed and mortgage-secured risk management.
Since 2009 the company has managed over half a billion on and off-balance sheet mortgage-backed investments, with unparalleled loan portfolio success.
neil d'souza
Chief Sales Officer
Prior to joining Semper, Neil was within the banking and finance industry for approx. 20+ years. Experienced in team management, retail lending, small business and commercial lending, Neil extended into the Private Lending space in the past 10 years with settlements in excess of AUD$2 billion.
Neil has a broad range of experience in property lending and specialises in real estate investments with commercial lending purpose. He has assisted countless SME’s through start up, growth and expansion cycles. Neil uses his experience as Semper’s CSO to manage leadership and recruitment of our growing sales network and team, including widening our presence on aggregator panels and with major broker groups.
Neil’s goal is to support capital partners, investors, broker partners and direct clients, to deliver tailored finance and investments.
Neil holds a Certificate IV and Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and a Certificate IV and Diploma in Business Management.
Grahame Woods
Chief Financial Officer
Grahame is an experienced Chartered Accountant, consultant and tax advisor with over 40 years’ business experience. Commencing his business career at KPMG, in both Sydney and London, Grahame later worked for ASX-listed and US Fortune-500 businesses in a wide-range of industries, before entering private practice.
Grahame has worked with Semper’s Directors since 2009 in an advisory capacity before taking the position of Chief Financial Officer, providing oversight of Accounting and Treasury.
Grahame holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA) and an Affiliate Member of the Tax Institute of Australia.
jess vozzo
Chief Operations Officer
After graduating with a Bachelor of Business from UWS in 2009, Jessica started her career managing
customer-facing and operations teams in a number
of FMCG industries. Moving into finance in 2016,
Jessica developed a broad experience of operations
from application management, credit and risk
analysis, to legal coordination, settlements and
post loan management.
Since joining Semper in 2022 Jessica has added AFS
licensing and compliance to her set of skills. Jessica
heads up all aspects of Semper’s lending operations
and is a member of the Regulatory Compliance and
Credit committees.
