Our First Tier Accredited Introducers who settle greater than $5,000,000 within
a three-month period can qualify for up to 0.25% per annum trail margin,
paid monthly in arrears on performing loans.
For our Top Tier Accredited Introducers, we also offer a White Label product.
Semper will produce an indicative letter of offer using your company livery, and when loan and security documents are drawn, your company can appear on Title as Lender. Semper will provide all back office support for credit and post-loan management.
