  • Property-secured finance as a first or second mortgage
  • Terms from 3 months to 24 months
  • Interest fixed for loans up to 12 months, or pegged to RBA for longer terms
  • Interest can be prepaid for full or partial term, or paid monthly
  • Where interest is serviced, proof of serviceability can be satisfied by cash flows or an Accountant’s Declaration

bridging loans

  • Property-secured loans to be repaid by a future event such as property sale, refinance or from an alternate funding source
  • First or second mortgages
  • Terms from 3 to 12 months
  • Interest fixed for term
  • Interest can be prepaid for full or partial term, or paid monthly
  • Where interest is serviced, proof of serviceability can be satisfied by cash flows or an Accountant’s Declaration

construction

  • Residential construction loans on a first mortgage basis
  • Rates pegged to RBA
  • Borrowers must have licensed builder, feasibility and QS
  • Terms up to 24 months, with 7-10 staged draw downs
  • Interest prepaid for term
